Nancy Siedschlag

Bio

Nancy Siesdchlag holds a bachelor’s degree in Music Therapy from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. She played French horn in various school bands and orchestras as well as the two community orchestras. She completed a six-month internship at Dorthea Dix Hospital in Raleigh and was employed there as a music therapist for three years.

Her music involvement included the orchestra at Mid-Way Baptist church for 15 years, as well as a woodwind quintet at NC State for 2 years. Nancy has been an instructor at the Shepherd’s Music School for over fourteen years and currently plays French horn at The Shepherd’s Church.

She has taught special needs students in a semi-private setting and continues to work with special needs students at the school. Her principle instrument is the French horn which she plays The Shepherds Church orchestra.
